PH Cleanser

Chemical Cleansing Agents
Using face cleansers that have chemicals and acids in them actually contributes to the aging process. However, most of how we age happens from the inside out. Our cells are constantly in a process of regenerating themselves.
PH and Aging Skin
One of the most determining factors of how fast we age is diet. The most effective means of combating the aging process is eating a high PH (potential hydrogen) foods. Sounds crazy doesn't it. But it is the the absolute truth. It is not a popular truth but it is the truth never the less. Have you ever wondered how and why a body will decompose after death? This is how it works. After death, the blood turns very acidic and a transformation begins to occur. The decomposition process begins. Tiny microbes in the blood change there function from constructive to destructive. These microbes become consumers of the body in the form of yeast, mold and bacteria and eventually these organisms transform into worms that literally consume the flesh. Sounds gross right? Its the truth! This decomposition process begins from inside the body, not outside the body. The point of telling you all this is simple. This process can start before we are dead. Maintaining a high acid diet will trigger this process to begin. Thus, you will age much quicker on an acidic diet than an alkaline diet. Not only will you age quicker on the inside but this will in turn, show on the outside as well in the skin. I'm referring to the wrinkles and age marks we all know about. Using face cleansers with acidic ingredients just speeds up this process and signs of aging will show up on the skin. Inside the body, the triggering response for this process to begin is simply a chemical process. It all starts with PH. The aging process starts from the day we are born and really accelerates with our death. This whole process can be observed under a phase contrast microscope, also known as "Cellular Microscopy". This is a simple viewing of ones live blood under a microscope without outside influences. You might be a little skeptical thus far but you don't have to take our word for it. Try this for yourself. Take a couple of months and eat alkaline foods and find out for yourself.

High PH Foods and Aging Skin- High PH (alkaline), refers to what PH value any one object has. In this case, we are talking about food. Raw unprocessed foods can generally be put into this category. Unprocessed meaning "in there natural state". This includes: raw fruits, vegetables and nuts. These foods are likely to be high PH or alkaline PH and will slow the aging process of the skin. Our bodies were intended to eat these kind of foods as a majority of our diet. I'm not saying you shouldn't eat meat for there is moderation in all things.

Low PH Foods and Aging Skin- Low PH(Acid)or(acid producing)foods cause the skin to look tired and worn out. Acidic refers to processed or cooked foods. This is any food not in its natural state. Anything cooked will have an acid PH. In other words when eating such foods your body responds by excreting more acid to stomach which is why some foods give us acid indigestion. Since the skin only mirrors what is inside the body, it makes sense to eat high PH foods. This will slow aging both inside and outside the body.
