Best Face Cleanser

Tips

Take care of your skin by washing it correctly.
Here are some guidelines to follow when washing your face:
Step 1- If you have long hair, pull it back into a pony tail and pin your bangs back so they won’t get in your way. Remove any jewelry from hands, face and ears. Remove glasses or contacts.
Step 2- Wash your hands with a non-oily soap with disinfecting properties.
Step 3- Splash your face with cool water a couple of times as this will make your skin contract and open up your pores to allow cleanser to get deep down inside the pores of the skin. Note, many so-called exports say to do this with warm water. That would actually have the opposite effect to the one intended.
Step 4- Apply a generous amount of facial cleanser and work it with a circular motion. This will work the cleanser into the pores of the skin and exfoliate dead skin cells. Note, it doesn’t matter if the face cleanser has a foaming action or not. Chemicals found in some cleansers are only there to make the product foam while you rub them on and have no cleaning properties.
Step 5- Now that you have messaged the cleanser into the skin, wash it off the face with cool water until you feel no residue left on the skin.
Step 6- Pat your face and neckline dry with a soft towel. Avoid scraping your skin with the cloth as this will irritate the skin.
Step 7- It is recommended that you apply a moisturizer to your face at this time. This will help to hold in the moisture in your skin. When selecting a product, make sure it says “non-comedogenic” or “oil-free” on the front if you have oily skin or if you have any trouble with acne.
